Christina is a licensed massage therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and an extensive background in human movement, injury prevention, and performance-based care.
Her athletic foundation spans everything from gymnastics to Mixed Martial Arts, giving her a deep, functional understanding of how the body performs — and adapts — under stress. Before entering the field of massage therapy, she served in the United States Air Force, breaking barriers in a demanding, male-dominated environment. That experience shaped her discipline, work ethic, and commitment to helping others.
She ultimately chose to transition into a more sustainable, body-centered career focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting clients through meaningful physical and mental healing. Her approach blends clinical understanding with performance-driven movement principles to help people not only feel better, but move better.
Outside the treatment room, you’ll usually find her training in the gym, spending time outdoors with her dogs, or exploring new places to eat.
